Yoga for runners/cyclists with Shanti

Teeny-tiny class (just 3 lucky people!) can benefit from these free classes with Shanti.

Yoga with Shanti will be teaching small classes with a maximum of 3 people in her studio in the Kerry Essers // The Studio on the Belmont Road (above Oliver’s Deli):

  • 9 – 10.15am Yoga for Runners

  • 10.30 – 11.45am Yoga for Cyclists

Shanti offers small, friendly and bespoke classes and one-to-one sessions.  These taster classes are suitable as an introduction for cyclists and runners who are new to yoga.  They will focus on sports-specific yoga poses that can assist with strength and endurance, injury prevention and muscle recovery.  All equipment will be provided.
