Discover the deeply transformational power of your breath in this completely accessible practice open to all, where we'll use yoga movements to enhance the quality of your breathing, which in turn can very quickly start to transform how you feel and think! As you're guided through gently flowing poses you'll be creating a new capacity to breathe more fully, helping to improve posture, focus, and enhance your natural vitality, as well as experiencing a freedom from tension in the body and mind as you learn how to soothe your nervous system. We'll complete the practice with a guided relaxation and meditation on the breath leaving you feeling calm, steady, and deeply relaxed.
